Do you have a showroom?

Sorry, we don’t have a showroom. We are a purely online company. But, We can deliver all over the UK. We are a registered and UK-owned business. 

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes, you can pay cash on delivery, but with a £100 deposit.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, the sofa we will send out to you will be exactly the same as the picture shown on Dream Lounge Furnishing website. Of course, it will be the colour which you choose.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery will be done within 5 to 10 days depending on the location you live.

How can I return an item?

At Dream Lounge Furnishing, we take great pride in the quality of our products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, as our sofas are made to order in the specific colour and size of your choice, they are non-returnable items. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you check our fabrics before making your purchase to ensure that you are happy with your choice. Additionally, if you have any doubts or questions, you can speak to one of our staff members over the phone or WhatsApp to clarify any concerns. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you in any way possible to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your order.

Checking your sofa's feet upon delivery

It's important to give your sofa a good check before the delivery team leaves.

Before you accept delivery and sign for your new sofas we always recommend that you walk around the furniture, checking it thoroughly to make sure you’re happy with everything, including the feet. 

Some of our latest ranges feature hidden feet, which are small and are designed to give the illusion of the sofa floating on air. These are normally made from plastic and don’t require any further assembly. Other ranges feature wooden / metal feet that need to be fitted onto your sofa as part of the sofa installation process. Because of the way your furniture is securely packaged for delivery, these feet are often parcelled up separately. Sometimes they are zipped up within the bottom cloth of your sofa itself.

If it appears as though the feet are missing from your sofa, please make sure you have checked within the bottom cloth. In the unlikely event that the feet for your sofa cannot be located, please contact us using the link on this page to arrange for the missing parts to be ordered and fitted.
